The mechanics of the game was very simple: a target shooting game with flying hearts that climbed the screen at random speeds and sizes. When hit, the hearts split into several smaller ones and the player's predefined names were displayed on the home screen, bringing a fun and original way to declare your love for someone. And if the performance was good, it was registered in the ranking, and so it remained available so that everyone could see the couple's name!
How I used Adobe Flash a lot time to create animations and I started to deepen in its ActionScript language, it seemed to me the most appropriate tool and that would allow to put into practice the basic knowledge in programming that I had acquired previously.
When I published the game on my portfolio and on other Flash game sites, I received an invitation from the publisher of UOL Games to publish the game on the site. It was the first project in which I had a great public reach and it gave me a lot of pride and a pleasant feeling of reward for dedication to that project. But due to the technical characteristics of the new platform on which the game would be published, a small improvement was needed in its ranking system, initially developed with ASP and Access. After some research and study, I opted for PHP and mySQL, taking the opportunity to extend the ranking from top 10 to top 50.

Many people participate directly or indirectly in the projects. Gratitude extends to everyone involved, even those who are not listed here. But if something went wrong, it was all their fault (just kidding).
